I was very disappointed with my recent ER visit at Cleveland Clinic Tradition. The hospital was not clean, staff seemed short-handed, and the care was unprofessional. The doctor briefly saw me, noted my rare autoimmune disorder, called me a “mystery,” and never returned. I was put on IV fluids, but after I used the restroom, the nurse never reconnected it.... even though I saw her walk past my room several times. 1,- all hospital bed mattresses are so thin , 2- ER have too many lazy workers. ;3- security smoke cigarettes on premises. 4- 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 floors do not have enough nurses. 5- filthy entrance to a hospital . Please take your love ones to a different hospital.

I went in for pain in my belly button and bleeding and the doctor looked at my belly button told me there was no infection and gave me a pregnancy test then discharged me.

500 stars Wow, I am honestly surprised that the patient care I experienced this a.m. in the ER was absolutely EXCELLENT. Thank you Dr. Cariello and nurses, staff n techs for sincerely doing the best to make me feel cared for, listened to patiently and have an overall extraordinary positive experience while having one of the worst days of my life. I will definitely recommend this hospital to all my friends and family. This is how it is done, take note. Thank you very much, very very much.
