The homes are beautiful and the marketing team good, but if you are expecting a positive Darling Homes construction experience, proceed with caution. Our construction experience has been less than positive such as: *Services never fulfilled / multiple subs went out of business *Subcontractors refused to fulfill change orders *Poor quality installation of some of structure and accessories *One-sided contract terms
Wonderful experience working with the Tradition team in Windsong Ranch. Keith, Kim, and Beth made the building experience easy with their communication and guidance. Definitely recommend Tradition Homes, as the final result of our home was exceptional.
