I recently closed on my house by Tradition Homes at Mosaic. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire build process. Cam and his assistant Dawn was a pleasure to work with. From the get go, Cam was transparent about EVERYTHING. At no point in time, we were pressured or surprised by anything because Cam did such a great job explaining and managing our expectations. Living in the Mosaic community has been extremely frustrating if you rely on internet or mobile connectivity. There is absolutely no optic fiber service in majority of Mosaic, AT&T Air doesn’t even give a single bar, Spectrum has no stable connectivity and they want 2 weeks to determine even if they can provide internet to my home, and with Optimum you’re just trying your luck even speaking to them (and often get nowhere even after speaking with them). We have had the absolute BEST experience with Tradition Homes. From Cam Casper in sales and Kelvin Ford as our construction manager to Nick Conrad our Tradition Warrantee rep. They have all gone above and beyond. One year after moving in and we are still singing their praises. I cannot recommend this company enough!
