I moved into the townhomes last spring and have loved this community. At the one year mark I had a few issues to be resolved under the home warranty-- this were addressed quickly and completely. Even after a few months when one of the issues happened again, the issues was resolved and care was taken to work around my schedule. I have been extremely impressed with Katie in the Sales dept, and Jackson and Kody who addressed my warranty issues. I do not regret this purchase at all!
I moved into the townhomes last spring and have loved this community. It is convenient to shopping and I am finding everyone to be very friendly. I have made good friends who enjoy socializing on a regular basis. This is a very friendly community for pets, and to date I have had no issues with the quality of construction. I am looking forward to when the construction around here is complete, but do not regret my decision to move here. My dog and I are very happy!
Townes at Oakwood Square by Tradition Homes is by far, 10 out of 10! There floorplans and renderings fit the lifestyle of every buyer. Favorite Floorplan is the Gibsonville, each layout has its own preference of esthetics that work for each and every buyer.
Relocating to NC from up north was a major undertaking. What made it easier was working with Ashley and the folks at Tradition Homes. Ashley was always responsive to my queries, the property manager attended to my fixes, and the development has been a welcoming community. I highly recommend Tradition Homes and the whole team.
