I submitted a review this morning and I want to appologize. I had heard that the number in the listing was discontinued and like the rest felt we had been scammed. I want to say I am so sorry for writing the earlier review saying Eric of Traditioncare Funeral Services had run off with our family's money of $2,000 which is what we feared after not being able to reach anyone. My father passed away this morning so we called Traditioncare as my mother had paid them $2,000 in March for his burial. The phone number has been disconnected! This person Eric Neiman has stollen what little money she had. We will press charges today and hopefully he will be stopped before he takes another elderly person for their money. My dad was an honest man. He would never steal and taught me never to steal. Shame on Eric Neiman! Do not trust this business name or this person!!

I ended up using Tradition Care and was very satisfied with the price and initial conversations with the director there. However my opinion has changed dramatically as we continued our relationship over the next month to obtain death certificates. My mother died of Lukemia in July 27, 2010. We were given the names of several funeral care business close to us in antioch/pittsburg area, by Hospice. We chose Tradition Care because they were the closest to my mom's home. We were quoted a price for the cremation and gave the money to a representative of the company, named Lisa.
