I opened a checking account here last week and they never sent me my online banking info. I tried to get in touch with them and no one has responded back. I then emailed the CEO and President and other executives without a response. I assume they closed my account. I am not sure if this is based on discrimination or what but It's not right and will now get our family attorney involved.
I opened a personal and business checking account yesterday. Matt Norville was supposed to email me a document for my records and he never did. I emailed him and also a colleague and I still never got a response. Also, I have not received the online banking access so I can't do any banking. This bank does not operate any ATMS. Terrible customer service so far.
