They do not Treat major issues the same as minor issues and actually fix them correctly or check back in on tenant to see if the issue is resolved. Amenities are taking away from the community as if it's our job to make all other tenants use them properly. They barely answer phones and emails in office. I've been here 2 to 3 years and have had different Management in the office every year.
We have lived at Tradition at Palm Aire for 9 months, and we are very happy here. It is a beautiful, well-kept location, with convenient and well-kept amenities. The apartment we have is also beautiful and very cozy, with plenty of space for two people. We rarely, if ever, hear any noise from adjacent apartments or the apartments below us, which is wonderful. I had the opportunity to meet Alexis Casallas and she was very patient and supportive on my endeavors throughout the journey of finding the right home. She's definitely kind and understanding of my situation as well I hope great things to come towards her in the future.
While apartment hunting, I worked with Alexis at Tradition at Palm Aire and had an excellent experience! She was knowledgeable, gracious, kind, and accommodating. She made my experience nearly effortless. She responded quickly to all my questions and seemed to have endless patience. The only reason I didn't decide to rent at Tradition was because I found a place right across from my daughter and grandkids! Thank Alexis for providing such excellent service and taking the time to work with me.
Alexis made the move in process easy and stress free. She answered any and all questions I had, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!
