This is a late posting but I had a very positive experience with leasing agent Aliyah R. She took me on a tour and we visited every unit I was interested in. She was very professional, patient and informative. She was the perfect example of the time and attention a prospective tenant should receive. Even though I found housing that was more appropriate for my needs elsewhere, she definitely left a positive impression on me.
Disappointed over all . WE LEFT JAN First 2025. Still no security deposit returned. Beware. Update : if you are having difficulty with the office management ( like many are ) only communicate over emails ! It seems they promise the world / and or very rude and nasty in person or over the phone . Keep a record ! Seems they overcharge / attempt for everything!
