I just purchased my first wall decal and was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. It looked exactly how I thought it would and was true to size. I did have one small glitch with application which Im pretty sure was due to the fact that it was my first time applying. I contacted Jill and she immediately had the part i needed resent...and they actually resent the entire decal at no charge!! Great product AND customer service!!
The basketball decal was a big waste of time and money. We followed instructions exactly and it would not stick to the wall. It seems like the adhesive that holds the paper to the decal is stronger than the glue that holds the decal to the wall. This makes it very hard to remove the paper without pulling the decal off. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!
