Took 3mouths to arrive when it finally arrived wrong parts where sent no fitting instructions and very poor quality.

Ordered weeks ago. My order never arrived. Was told to chase up courier. Courier said they never received the order. This company said I would receive it last Friday or get a call. No parcel or call. Update Received my roof rack finally thanks. Can I suggest that you give instructions in future?
