My daughter bought a Volkswagen Jetta from Tradewinds. Within a month she began having issues. Tradewinds kept TELLING her they would fix it. Everytime she brought it in, they claimed nothing was wrong. Engines don't knock like this and nothing be wrong. She recently took the car to Drellishak's and found out that the car needs a new engine. How did Tradewinds not know this and WHY did you not make this right.
