Tom D’Eufemia laid the groundwork back in 1996 when he purchased the existing “TradeWinds Restaurant.” The original restaurant served pizza & sandwiches and sold home beer brewer’s supply. Niceville's Best Locals Restaurant – This restaurant has been excellent from the first time my husband and I went there several years ago. The owners are on hand, and a pleasure to deal with. I have tried several different dishes, and have never had a bad meal. They have mostly Italian and seafood dishes, excellent appetizers, pizzas, entrees, desserts, and their coffee is roasted on the premises (so you know it's good), and the coffee beans are available for purchase.
