Worst service ever! Andrew is the worst technician I have ever done business with. He treats all of your property with disrespect, and does a really poor job. I'm sure that Tradewinds is a great company, but Andrew is not a great technician. Stay away from him.
Caring, honest and considerate. I trust them to evaluate the problems in my very old house and they understand people living on a budget. They have been my choice for many years.
Totally unreliable. Called them two three times, talked to a lady who told me someone was going to call me back. No one ever called, nor did they leave a message.
They’re the best! No one else around here knows what they’re doing. They are the only ones with contracts for warranty repairs. Tons of experience and great people to work with! No one else even compares to these guys!
Customer service is 10/10, for both the phone call and the service/check with my refrigerator. Thank you!
