I had the unfortunate experience of working for Tradewinds for a number of months. This company is run by a very angry woman, Christine Erikson, who has some serious trust issues. It is laughable how frequently she hires and fires new staff. Every few weeks to every few months she will fire much of her staff and start fresh. Although I have never ran my own business I'm sure that is the absolute worst practice. I do not agree with Shane M. assertion that most of the staff is of High School- Middle School education. The business is sub-par & the staff are mainly a bunch of either middle school or high school drop outs; they are very poor in communication and management skills. Jennifer Mullis for example was continually texting or facebook chatting with whomever & unable to handle my companies business; She was clearly too "BUSY" to poke at her phone than to retain my information while she threatened one of the staff to stay off their phone while working.
