Greatest place in paradise.

Tradewinds is a GREAT place to stay. The pool (always heated to a VERY comfortable temperature) & beach are fantastic! The overall building is very well maintained & kept immaculate. The office help is available quite often for any questions or help you need. The laundry rooms are great! If you are a walker or bike rider, there are sidewalks EVERYWHERE for you to use. Management was very attentive. Maintenence guys are courteous and professional. Common Areas were very clean. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.
This review is not about the property. This review is solely about the management company that manages Tradewinds Condominium. Attention Vendors & Tradesmen, KW Management does not pay their open invoices for Tradewinds Condominium. Today is June 5th, 2023 and we have been waiting for them to pay 5 open repair invoices dating back to January. They have one excuse after another. They even want us to believe that the check is in the mail. lol It's a shame that they treat small business people this way. It is also a shame that ... read more
