I've lived here for 3 years and have never had a single complaint. This place is very quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. And also I can't forget to mention that Christine is the best property manager I've ever met. She's always there to help you, whether it's with questions or complaints. She's always willing to answer, even when she's out of the office. She's very patient with everyone who lives here, who sometimes doesn't respect the rules. Do not live here unless you want to get woken up multiple times a week with dumpster removal at 4 and 5 AM! It takes 45 minutes and it’s extremely LOUD. The agreed upon site plans state trash cannot be picked up that early and they simply DO NOT CARE.
I’ve lived there for 6 months . I’ve had my vehicle towed multiple times . Not a great place to live
