Bills are INSANE! 1 person household every month bill runs 200+ there is no leaking had my landlord come out and inspect. I travel for work and even with no one being home for months at a time still receiving hundreds of dollars bill every month
Made one phone call for a concern and the next business day it was answered. Great crew!
They do some what if a good job with replacing meters and such. The reason for the one star is their customer service, they never check in at your home before they turn the water off or even if they stop by to check the meter. Its ridiculous they don’t seem to care or think it’s not a big deal.
