Just spoke with Trade Winds. Asked them to adjust my heads "again" because me driveway is getting soaked and my grass is dying. Their answer was I need more heads. Told them I had a photo but she said they know what thy're doing. This may be a case where the customers opinion doesn't matter. I'll be looking for somebody else to service my system. Very disappointing customer service!
Tradewind was outstanding in every phase. I called to get a quote. They were pleasant on the phone and the sales man got back to me within 24 hours. We made an appointment for the estimate. He showed up exactly on time. After the estimate was done we sat down, he demonstrated all the various pieces of equipment; heads, timer, rain sensor, etc. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable.
