Tradeway is a local gem. Darryl is an incredibly helpful and kind owner with decades of experience. He really goes above and beyond to provide his clients quality customer service. Our company was going back and forth with our commercial VCT floor design and Darryl was instrumental in getting us through our purchase. I would highly recommend ordering from Tradeway Flooring. Materials arrived on time and in good condition not like the low quality deliveries from Home Depot.
A few years ago I bought LVP from them. I shopped around before buying, but Tradeway earned my business with an excellent selection of products and friendly, helpful, no-pressure service. Fast forward to now, and I needed a single transition strip for the existing flooring. They bent over backward to accommodate this very small order, and even insisted that they load it into my car for me. A+ for customer service!
Both the owner Darryl and the staff Daniel are super friendly and helpful! The store is huge with tons of products to choose. The price is good. It's a great store standing in the community for decades! Highly recommend it!
Original Review (8 years ago): Overall great experience due to the excellent & friendly manager who helped me. Funky building -- not fancy retail, many many options, great prices, clear on expectations for timeline of binding remnant. Update Dec 2025: They seem to have moved to a much nicer building. I haven't been back since my original review.
