These people didn't appraisal of my property without ever doing a visual inspection and then signed an affidavit with the bank swearing they had done a complete visual inspection. After filing a Better Business Bureau complaint the business totally lied in their response saying that I did not live on the property and because I did not live on the property and was from out of town I did not know what I was talking about. I called twice requesting their services. Once was a voicemail and the other time I left a message with the receptionist. I never received a call back either time. Hard to believe the lack of professionalism.
