Good company! It's like the anti-union. Good benefits, and you get to work on large jobs like the union hall trades up north. But none of that, bottle-neck mentality that the union does to PREVENT people from joining. If you have the skill, you can get work at tradesmen. the best job I've ever had. I quit to work for the worst job I ever had. At&t. Dumbest move ever.
