Cant even give them one star. My friend has been waiting for a job from them for 4 months. He has 35 years HVAC experience and his bio that they have for me is 1 little line that says he has 10 yrs. He went to their office a month ago and updated his bio and it IS STILL NOT ONLINE. He has been promised 2 jobs recently that have not come to fruition because they have dropped the ball. When he asks for a supervisors number they do not give it to him. He went to get his W2 off their site and it wasnt there.The worst ever.
My husband worked for them for only a few months. And the months he was with Tradesman, he had more down time than even working. They make promises they dont keep, such as keeping you busy. My husband would routinely get a hold of them for them to say they couldn't find anything for him to do for that week. Which was annoying because he is getting bounced between 2-3 job representatives. Not only do they not communicate properly with themselves but contractors and employees. very unprofessional staff with no knowledge of the welding industry, they claim they are not a temp agency but I see no difference, zade gave me zero information on the job he wanted me to work at besides that it was in St. Paul. the two 5 star reviews on here are from the guys that work there
I have applied, had an interview, then didn't hear back from them so i took the next job in my field. Then I had a call back almost a year later because they really needed carpenters, but don't expect them to work with you. The one hiring agent Patrick has promised call backs which he never does. You couldn't ask for someone more stupid with no time to listen. I've even asked to speak with someone else, and he said his boss would call me back in a couple hours, while basically lying to me.
