Horrible company to work for, stay far away! They’re a bunch of liars and thieves. Constantly blaming clock in errors on employees despite proof of clocking in on time. Management is a joke & tell you what they think you want to hear. High turnover rate, favoritism and nepotism. They over hired workers in many trades from different states and made cuts without notice. One day you go to work & they tell you, it’s your last day there’s not any work. This company says they cant find people if they didnt turn thier back on the workers they refuse to help after 5 no matter what . They are the worst at employee satisfaction and my grade is -5 google wont let me give that

They will keep you busy until your no longer of use. Scott and Jaime in the office and horrible bosses and liars. They will reduce pay after each site is finished because it’s either take a paycut or be unemployed until you can find another job. Tradesman as a company is trash. I was let go after over a year and multiple sites just because they needed to keep contractor happy. Filled for unemployment and found of that that documented it as a voluntary quit.
