Very clear lack of organization. After working through this company for three years on and off as plumber or electrician the last several jobs I have worked at had zero relevance to my fields of expertise.
Originally applied on their website. Was contacted for an interview, was told to fill out an app again via the link they sent to me through email before the interview to save 20min. I did so again. Arrived at my interview 15min prior, stood at the desk waiting for 25min before anyone even came to the desk.
