Great company. If you are looking for work either seasonally or long term Tradesmen has a home for you.
There is always weird grey areas with them. We get told at a job they are gonna pay us double pay for the weekend. But then Tradesmen will be like no u have to work Saturday to get it on Sunday. We've had numerous occurrence like this with this company. They may tell u paid time off after a year. But if u don't put in 1800 hrs in that year you don't get it. And your year starts all over. They are really shady & slimy. Sucks to say as a currentemployee...
