These guys are the very bottom of the barrel. They had me come in for an interview, which should have been my first warning sign. Construction workers don't do interviews. I show up and they have a carpenter doing my interview, I'm a pipefitter. This dude doesn't even understand the questions he's asking, but tells me my answer is wrong. A simple Google search would tell him I'm right, but due to the Dunning-Krueger Effect, which is why stupid people screw things up with confidence, he didn't even look. 1 in 50 you would actually hire. 1 or 2 in 10 is acceptable and you invite back. 4 in 10 can’t work and just cost you management time. Very mixed results.
I’ve been working for Tradesmen international out of the Lynnwood office for five years. They’ve been good to me. I have four children and they help provide for my children by keeping me busy every year all around people might have their own reasons or negative comments, but I strongly feel the ones that speak negative or the ones that have bad work ethics, don’t wanna work.
