These people are basically running a scam on underemployed workers. They offer you a job at your rate, let you believe they’re just about to send you the final details, then at the last moment, the day before work begins and after you have planned around working those days, they say the client “canceled.” They’re obviously overstaffing every call and then keeping only the lowball wage people. Don’t place your trust in these scumbags, they obviously have no respect for people.

Needed 2 general workers and 1 electrician for a 3 day job. 2 guys showed up day 1 but the recruiter told me in advance that one guy wasn’t going to show up and that they are working on sending another general worker in immediately. Day 2 and Day 3 all of the temp workers showed up and did a great job! I personally request Leo and Chavez’s services whenever I have a job and don’t have enough workers.

If I could give 1 star I would. The recruiters and hiring managers are HORRIBLE. They wont communicate with you at all. I believed I was in an interview process, they never got back to me with feedback, and completely ghosted me. They give a bad name to recruiters. I was working with Leah specifically for an internal role. Its been two weeks and she still hasn’t even tried to reach back out and say decided to move forward with other candidates

I was hired as an electrician and ended up digging in a freezing 5' ditch everyday by myself from 01/28/21 until the day I tore my rotator cuff on 03/04/21. DO NOT GET HURT WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY. They will do everything they can to get out of assisting you. I was fired on 03/05/21 the very next day after getting hurt. I had worked for them since 2018 without any issues. Upper management needs to sit in for a hard-hat safety meeting.
