While working for this company originally I was denied a paycheck and wasn't in contact until almost a year after my initial start date, while training wasn't offered right away they sub contracted me through another company with little to no experience. But they have stepped their game up for working with someone with certain and specific needs, however finding work for them seems to be that of a near impossible thing.

Well where to start? I don't know if it's the Evansville office or tradesmen franchise. While I worked there they barely had work and the work they have they will low ball you. I'm a welder and I've been doing it for a long time from naval facilities to boiler work. If your considering working with them I would think twice unless you can afford to work 9 months out of a year. Wouldn't be bad if they had steady work and if you didn't have to work over a year to get insurance.
