I have been with Journey Credit Union for 20 plus years. I have always had good service. I recently got a new loan with them. Lexi was an absolute joy to work with! She made the process so easy. I would recommend Journey for all your loan needs. Plus they had lower rates than my other bank.
Lexi is the absolute best. I’ve been a member of JCU for many many years and used to have Randy as my go to loan officer for many years as well. I was upset to see him retire but Lexi is just as great! Many loans through them and always an incredible breeze of a process, great communication, and just a 5star experience all around.
I wanted to close my account partially because of their exorbitant fees and was met with this message Monday morning. Even if I disliked their fee policy, that doesn't mean they get to be rude and unprofessional to me in response. Truly abhorrent and petty behavior from their representatives. I would not recommend this place as they have terrible customer service, which is also what prompted me to close my account.
