Bought the lift several years ago Tradesmen put it in hasn’t worked a full season yet.first it fell in the water now the pole that was drove into the ground is spinning and can’t use the lift Tradesmen installed it and have been good about coming out. But it cost a lot of money to repair something that has never worked.now the pole is spinning g in the ground and when you flip the switch it trips the circuit breaker. Tradesman did a wonderful job building a new single slip boathouse and sun deck for us on Lake Logan Martin during the winter of 2025. We had the best experience from the moment we met Jamie C. who guided us through figuring out what we wanted since we are new to lake life. Jamie is just a super nice guy who was with us every step of the way and is a friend now. The company took down our old pier and built a beautiful boat house and deck. No issues, nice people, quality materials, great guidance and a happy customer.
Might be good at building new docks, but can't figure out how to do an estimate on an insurance claim. Agent asked for an itemized list, but there computer can't do that.
