I would recommend against Trades Construction for anything structural or more complex than cosmetic and/or kitchens and bathrooms. The first time I hired him for light tile work, he was amazing. Years later, I hired him for a complex project. His staff turnover appeared high and of various skill level, inspections failed regularly, and "nice guy" offers during conversation were not actually honored. Top Notch General Contractor – I've remodeled 6 different homes in my 26 years of owning homes. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had. Rob is a genius with tile and has great vision.
