The guys that installed our Gemstone lights were great! Very efficient, friendly and helpful.
Just got some gemstone lights installed. The process was easy, from the initial visit to discuss the technology and design to the installation and software training. The admin staff were responsive and friendly. Very satisfied with everything at this point. Some neighbors stopped by while the installation was happening to ask the name of the company who was installing the lights.
I had Leafguard gutters installed on my house in 2018. They do an excellent job keeping leaves out of your gutters, but a couple of problems you only find out over time. The major problem is ice damns in winter. My house develops major ice damns while I can see similar models in the neighborhood don't get them. If you read their warranty, in BOLD PRINT, they warn that they do not warranty this. Was interested in getting some permanent outdoor lights installed. Originally, the plan was to use a DIY kit, but after some thought, decided it was better to get them professionally done. Little help from Google (and some AI research), discovered Gemstone lights. Trades by Jack is an authorized installer for these lights. We were able to settle on a fairly market reasonable price.
