I am very disappointed in this business. I prepaid 2 months in advance for 2 units. We ended up not needing this amount of time. We gave notice and vacated. This was in May. I am due my deposit and 1 month rent on each unit. It has been over 90 days and can not get my monies back. I have gone by the office, made numerous calls and numbers of e mails with nothing. I will continue to pursue my refund. I was told by the receptionist / daughter numerous times she is trying to get her mother to take care of it.

My parents were told that they would get their deposit back within 6-8weeks and it has been months and still no refund. My mother has made numerous attempts to get the refund and keeps getting told from the receptionist that she will let the owner know. It’s extremely disappointing the amount of time and effort my disabled mother has made to get the deposit back to no avail. I’m disheartened that a local business would treat customers this way.

We rented unit for 3 months (March, April,and May )at end of 3 months we cleaned out and swept out unit and instead of refunding our 25.00 dollar deposit we were told it would be mailed to us in 6 to 8 weeks . It has been months and still no return of our deposit. I started calling after 2 months to find out why.
