Worst insurance company I e dealt with in my 25 years of driving. They apparently make their own rules up as they go! Long story short I paid 130 bucks on 1/29/21 and cancelled it on 1/30/21 due to vehicle I purchased not running and after 19 days I got a 42 dollar refund! They claim I need to send in something saying I didn’t purchase the vehicle to get the rest of my refund! It’s just all a joke and a money making scam i believe and I’ll let everyone I talk to know to not have any kind of dealings with this company
The absolute worst company to deal with. Front desk staff are idiots. The adjusters are alcoholic drug addicts. Avoid this company at all costs. If you were hit by someone with this insurance, good luck getting anything from them.
100% the worst experience. A person with Traders rear-ended me and they claimed my car is totaled, so they won’t pay to fix it and offered me not even half the money that I paid for my car a year ago. 6 weeks without a car and they just gave me $90 for it. BE AWARE, terrible company! You will most likely get ripped off. Shame I can't put 0 stars because they don't deserve even one.
