We have now purchased 2 properties from Traders and our experience each time has been very good. The properties have both been very high quality with no expense spared on fittings, appliances and general high quality of the finishes. After sales attention has been excellent - the only time we needed assistance was with a leaking S bend under the sink. The company will not take responsibility when things go wrong. Update 9 April 2025 - Sarah sent me a company document today that does state the 6 year structural building defects liability and 1 year for non structural, yet in her emails she insists repeatedly that they have no responsibility after 3 months. This is very misleading to the customers she talks to.
