My experience wasnt so good.. I had on a shield mask and they were saying I can’t come there again with it on...?I have been to several stores ( Safeway, Lucky’s n the mall) and no one has complained.. hmmm
I’m a 70 year old woman who has been a regular Trader Joe’s shopper for years. However on Wednesday I to the college ave store for some much needed groceries. An unmasked couple was shopping there and they repeatedly came into my personal space. When I complained to a staff member, she went to speak to the store manager. The staff member came back to me and told me the manager said it was OK because the shoppers was only there for a few minutes as they were only picking up a few minutes. The entire staff is doing an amazing job under these difficult circumstances when we are all under the shelter in place order due to the coronavirus threat. The store was clean and orderly and even provided hand sanitizer at the checkout stands. You are all amazing and I appreciate and thank you! I felt cared for and about from the moment I entered the store today. You rock, and then some!
Quality products, diverse health oriented selections, nice knowledgable staff, free coffee and samples, ample parking, progressive people and community...an excellent place to shop and learn what's available...❤️❤️

I'm a fan but would LOVE to see TJ's become more of a leader in sustainability. The compostable produce bags are great but there's waay too much single use plastic at this store.
