I'd been shoping in TJ for many years. the people working there were so polite and it was like a family to me. I have a little dog that is train for a service. Lately a lady call Tracy I believe came to me with a very aggresive attitude telling me that dogs are no more allowed in there. I showed her my dog service papers but she continue telling me that It was not true. I am not the kind of person to fight so I left without buying my groceries. Employees harassing. I have medical condition and I was harassed for my nose being out of my mask to the point 2 employees stated “no point and picking out items because You will be refused to check out” per our governors executive order ADA is still in affect and do not have to wear a mask. I even told them I had PTSD and anxiety but they kept harassing me to the point I started to cry. The employees threatened to get a manager and the manager thankfully told them to leave me alone. Great Food choices. Great employees ! And they have done outstanding in preparing their stores for the safety of the customers and staff during this contagion!
They are doing wonderful safety measures now during the virus outbreak. Limited number of customers in at a time. Buggy disinfected by employee right before you get it. All workers and customers in masks. Distance maintained at checkout. I felt so safe shopping here this morning.
Thanks for all you're doing during this scary time. Crew members have a good routine going of only allowing 50 people in the store at a time, keeping the grocery cart handles clean and when I was done I asked the crew member outside if there was anything for my hands and he sprayed them. I drive 40 minutes to get there and I really appreciate it! Thanks!! 👍
Hats off to all the employees for making shopping safer for customers by limiting the number shopping and wiping off cart handles between shoppers. As always everyone is smiling and helpful! Thank You!
