rented my first apartment from him. (1500 Swanwick Ln) very unprofessional, he was notified by a family friend i was moving out (i was but hadn’t officially told him yet) and he proceeded to change the locks with all my stuff still inside. then claimed all my stuff was his. he emptied my bathroom trash into all my clothes. he also allowed his son to sleep in the apartment in my bed when i was out of town. the apt was mold infested and cockroach infested, leaked water everywhere. he refused to fix anything.
