I am a property manager, female and asian. As much as I wish to think being female and asian does not matter, in truth, it does affect the way some people choose to respond when a problem occurs. Danielle was knowledgeable and booked me in for repair the next morning, Nick showed up and did a quick assessment and came back to do the repair as per quote. very well organized team. I am very appreciative of the work they did.

TradeMasters came and installed a new garage heater and I was throughly pleased with their service. What stood above everything was the professional look of the heater once they were all done. They were polite, answered all my questions, and even took away the old one! On top of all that it was a fair price :-) I plan on calling them next time I need an HVAC specialist.
