I have been trying to reach this company for a warranty repair for over a month. I have called and left messages. I have sent text. I have even scheduled a service online that they did not show for. I am left with no heater that they installed, that’s under warranty, and I cannot get anyone to take care of this. They have ghosted me and will not return my calls. Totally unacceptable for a business. I do not recommend them at all
The only way to get ahold of them is by leaving a bad review. Terrible communication!!!! We paid ahead to have our ac replaced and it took three months just to get Joey to answer a phone call and now come to find out a permit was never pulled to do the work! I’ve been trying to call you Joey so we can get the permit retroactively pull. It’s very unprofessional. I even lent a hand in the work feeding the lines down from the attic. I’ve been very patient but this is it for me.
