At first, this was a really good service. Then we had them come out in April to fix the motor in our unit and NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. No phone calls, no email, no return calls, no nothing. Left us hanging with no answers and a broken unit that we purchased from and had installed by them. 7 months of no communication and I come here to see that not only is he still in business, he has responded to a review THREE MONTHS AGO. We had some miscommunication issues in the beginning with getting our unit replaced. Joey came out and spoke with my husband face to face, explained what happened with the communication mishap, and actively worked to fix the situation. We got our unit replaced a few weeks later and we couldn’t be happier. Joey worked hard, maintained a very clean work space, and stayed until the job was done. If I could give negative stars I would. We paid 2 months ago to have our A/C unit replaced and still have NOT heard from them. We have called, texted and emailed trying to get scheduled but keep getting told someone would reach out to do so. Now we can’t get ahold of them to get a refund. Do not do business with them, go with someone else who will actually do their job and be reliable.
Trademasters has been charging me for a service subscription on a home that I moved out of months ago. Me and my husband have emailed, called, and texted them to cancel the subscription. I hate to leave a bad review because their services were great when I needed them. But I no longer need their services and I’m not sure why they’re not allowing me to cancel my subscription. I need my subscription to be canceled immediately and for my money to be refunded for the months I have not used the service.
Joey is a great guy, involved in his community, and very responsive and respectful! recommend!
