We purchased an Escape 5.0 and were in need of a Anderson Hitch to tow our new baby! We worked with them over the phone and thru email as we were coming from the US. Made our appointment, showed up and they installed our new hitch, walked us thru its use and sent us on our way. They even shuttled us to our hotel to wait as install takes 4-5 hours! Super nice, very efficient and did a great job on the install!
Needs some accessories in a hurry. They were able to get parts and have everything installed next day!! Thanks team for fitting me in
