Trademarkers initially provided assistance with a trademark registration, soon after the trademark was approved by USPTO, they did not answer any of my phone calls nor reply to emails to complete the process until the trademark status was changed to abandonment!
I paid Trademarkers for a US trademark in 2019. The filling had an issue and required further information on my side. I emailed them 7 times from mid-November 2020 to January 2021 and called them about 5 times and i have not heard or received any reply from them Please avoid this company at all cost! I don't know where they are based and how the operate (most likely outside of the US) but they are not trustworthy!!
