Failure to promptly reply after their work has failed but still under warranty.
Still waiting days to evaluate repair service as they have great difficulty meeting their own time frames. Management of time, commitments & supplies coupled with false promises wo answers or excuses is frustrating. Update to follow after resolution.
Amazing Auto Repair shop. My elderly mother came in from out of town this afternoon. Had a problem with her car. Trademark fit her in their busy schedule, repaired it and she was on her way back home before it got dark. (she can't drive in the dark). Trademark consistently does a great job. They treat you very well and genuinely appreciate your business. Thanks ROCCO for a job well done. You sir are appreciated! :D Troy, you have awesome people working for you. Thanks again.
Technicians were extremely professional and kind. They spoke to me without being condescending, in a way that made me feel like a valued customer. I will absolutely be calling them again next time I need my vehicle worked on!

We came from out of town with three of our kids . We have adopted 18 high risk children so this is a extremely different vacation for us. We never bring only three!!! Our truck broke down at the Fred Meyers in Albany. Our tow truck driver Adam told us about this repair shop. Amazing staff!! They squeezed us in.. Worked with our warranty company and got us out the door to start a kick back vacation which we never get to do with just three kids!!! Thank you to Troy and your upbeat attitude of getting it done!!!❤️♥️
