Not a seamless transaction. They showed up 30 minutes late to our closing appointment. I continued to have the same issue with them, adding people to documents who were not on the home loan, but just we’re living in the home I had tell them several times the same thing. No attention to detail.
Great Title Company located on Fleming Island servicing Clay county, Jacksonville, and Duval. They closed out a real estate case involving a probate and complicated property.
