My fiance does use trademark title for all of his rental properties, however, yesterday was a nightmare for us and they did lose use us a customer. :( I do understand we are all human beings and make mistakes. However, after Trademark was given the right account and routing number, they still wired our funds from the sale of our house to a totally random title company that had nothing to do with us. Highly recommend! Worked with TT 4 times this year (which as a homeowner/buyer is uncommon)... All were handled efficiently / effectively but one deal started to go sideways (issues with the property) and Aimee stepped up BIG TIME getting deeply involved...her assistance was "above and beyond".
