I originally rented from Atlantic Rental Management, but since Trademark Residential took over management a few years ago, it’s been SO MUCH BETTER! Repairs that I’d been asking for for years finally got done, and I’ve been very happy with Cordelia and Nicole…they’re easy to talk to and have answered all my questions in a timely manner…
I’ve rented from several different companies in Wilmington over the past severalyears, and Trademark has been the best by far! When I was looking for a new place and touring vacant properties, the ones through Trademark were always in the best condition…later, when I had questions about the lease and about my dog, Cordelia and Nicole were very patient and very helpful!
I have been a tenant of trademark residential -Wilmington location for the better part of 4 years. The property managers have been truly amazing and have treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. I look forward to being a tenant for many years to come. Especially with the love and support Ms Cordelia has shown me thru the years. I would recommend anyone I know to trademark residential.
