I had such a great experience working with Cordelia! She was professional, friendly and made everything easy from start to finish! Communication was fast, and any questions I had were handled right away. It's clear they care about the residents and community. Highly recomend!
I rented for here for one year. Cordie and Nicole are extremely nice and professional. Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly. The best property management company I’ve ever worked with. I recommend them if you’re looking for a nice place at a good price.
If I ever decide to move back to Wilmington, Trademark will be my first call. Cordelia and staff made the move in/ move out process and everything in between super easy. They were always friendly and professional.I was given ample notice when repairs were needed and they were all handled quickly. Hands down the best rental company I've used.
Trash. Can’t communicate. I self guided toured a property and called back about concerned with loose outlets, cleanliness and shelves not held together properly. I told Cordelia Cummings about my concerns over the phone and she said the place was clean and up to their standards. Which is terrible. I was still going through with the application. I originally rented from Atlantic Rental Management, but since Trademark Residential took over management a few years ago, it’s been SO MUCH BETTER! Repairs that I’d been asking for for years finally got done, and I’ve been very happy with Cordelia and Nicole…they’re easy to talk to and have answered all my questions in a timely manner…
