Gabriel Couch and his manager were so great. They made a bad situation a great situation. Gabriel very professional and very kind. He went over everything with great detail, showing me and explained the pictures of what was worked on. He was very knowledgeable and very informative. I am very grateful to his manager for checking into what happened with the 1st service person and correcting the problem. Thank you so much Trademark Heating.
They keep calling me with AI, and there is no way to stop them. I asked the AI agent to remove me and it just kept talking. Stop calling me, horrible company
Got the 12 dollars tune up and was amazed it was the price I paid! Gabriel was the tech and answered all of our questions and pointed out a few things for the future. 10/10!
