Professional service and a great price for an annual water heater flush, heating and A/C system check. Cleaned out A/C radiator as well and was very knowledgeable.
We had a bid from another company (Code this, code that, not very personable at all). When Trademark sent their tech, it was a night-and-day difference. My wife felt comfortable, and nothing was pushy. We went with his bid to install the new, bigger water heater. The company then sent us Zane and Dylan to install it! They arrived early and were very professional, personable, and hard-working. They let my boys watch, they taught me as I asked them questions, and they made sure the area was clean and safe. Worst HVAC company in the area! Not only were there several big issues when they installed my new HVAC system May of 2023, but I have to call every season for someone to get my heater or ac to turn on. When I called this May for someone to come out to get my AC running, it was 6 days before my parts and labor warranty expired, the gentleman who came out said the pump was stuck and they were able to get it unstuck and if the AC turned off again, it was likely the pump... the guy just wouldn't replace it to avoid it turning of... read more
