When I began my home/land package deal, I had no idea how to do it all on my own. I had a piece of property, but needed a home on it. From the minute I spoke to Bradley, he took off running, with options. Once I said I was ready to make it happen, Bradley took care of everything. And I mean everything. He takes the stress out of the buying process. If I had it to do all over again, I’d still go to Trademark.
I purchased my beautiful new singlewide MH April 2025, it was delivered June 2025! Bradley handled everything as far as permits, delivery, setup, electric run from home to main pole, water to meter, skirting, steps, AC, septic. Always answered my many questions and concerns.
