Scam Warning – Avoid This Company I paid Trademark Founders for trademark services, but they never delivered what was promised. No work was done, no communication, and no refund. I tried reaching out multiple times with no resolution. This company takes your money and disappears. Be very careful — I do not recommend doing business with them.

1-Star Review: Beware — Total Scam Experience I had a terrible experience with Trademark Founders. It’s a scam. Don’t fall for it. I did but thankfully I used a credit card, disputed, and got all my money back. I hired a trademark attorney and they were able to get me the trademark. Trademarks aren’t cheap. This company will promise you for hundreds to get it done but in reality it costs several thousands. And takes a year or longer.

Fraudulent. The experience I am having with this company is much along the lines of the other commenters. They tell me that I need to pay the "application fee" of 45 dollars followed by another "governmental fee" of 350 dollars. I had originally contacted them just to see if I could get an estimate and told them that I wasn't interested in going through with any of the actual process at that time. Fraudulent. They take the money and then stop answering the phone and no emails. They claim they called, but they don't. They say they couldn't get a hold of me. No email updates, no filing number. Their names are not even their real names.
