I transfered my car loan fron 5 Coun0ty Federal Uniou to Trademark. I was impressed with the young lady ( I cant remember her name. If you walk into the CU in Augusta she directly across from the door). She was Knowledgeable, caring very professional and always, always, has a smile on her face. She knows what she is doing. The worst service ever didn't even ask me if I wanted cash back then still deposited in my account.then messed it up and I didn't understand and gave me a dirty look
Very easy to find. Parking lot is not very big. Service is very friendly and very helpful.
