UPDATE: Chris DeMassa - from TradeMark Express has now come to my rescue twice. I recently filed for a TM and within minutes I received scammers masquerading as employees at USPTO advising me that I had to pay an additional $4000 to complete my submission. I smelled a scam as she got super pushy for the payment and more personal information. That was just the beginning. Multiple calls and emails started to flow-in.
